Help us share this recipe with your loved ones so we all can enjoy this wonderful, tasty pancakes! Healthy Gluten Free Banana Pancakes Makes 8 small pancakes
  • 2 full sized ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup buckwheat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
Step 1- Mash the bananas Step 2- Blend the bananas, egg and cinnamon in a bowl with electric hand held mixer Step 3- Add the buckwheat flour and mix until combined Step 4- Heat a little butter or oil in a non stick frying pan on medium heat. Pour @3 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and wait until bubbles appear. Carefully turn over with a spatula and cook for a further 2 minutes on the other side. These are best served straight away. Serving suggestion- natural Greek yoghurt, mixed berries and a drizzle of Agave syrup.
